Hidroterapija pagal temperatūrą skirstomos į šaltas (iki 20°C), vėsias (iki 30°C), tarpines (34 – 36° C), šiltas (iki 38° C), karštas (nuo 39° C iki  50° C).
Šalto vandens vonios stimuliuoja nervų sistemą ir kraujotakos sistemas, o karšto vandens vonios puikiai atpalaiduoja kūną, mažina stresą ir nemigą.

Kiek ilgai turėčiau būti kubile?

Karštame kubile rekomenduojama mirkti tarp 15-30 min, po pertraukėlės seansą galite kartoti. Informuojame, kad per ilgas maudymasis karštame vandenyje gali sukelti galvos svaigimą, pykinimą ar net alpimą, todėl būkite budrūs ir stebėkite savo kūno pojūčius, nepiknaudžiaukite karštu kubilu.
